Starter

Starter is free and limited to one tank. It is the simplest way to keep one aquarium's profile, readings, and routine care records together.

Starter may become ad-supported after beta. Beta testers should not be described as receiving ads, and there is no separate purchase currently planned just to make Starter ad-free.

Tank! Plus Plan

Tank! Plus Plan is the main care/tools direction at $9.99 per year or $0.99 per month. It expands to unlimited tanks and includes the planned Dosing Calculator and Lighting Profile features. Dosing Products remain current local product-record functionality and are not entirely Plus-only.

Tank! Plus is planned/local-test and is not currently purchasable. Paid plans are intended to be ad-free when ads exist.

Lighting records a descriptive profile with schedule, manual duration, and optional Moonlight settings. It does not control aquarium hardware or guarantee lighting outcomes.

Planned Tank! Journalist

Tank! Journalist is the preferred working name for a planned separate photo and memory plan. It is not live, its pricing is not final or active, and it should be understood as a future plan direction.

The plan direction includes Tank! Plus Plan features plus planned photo albums, a tank journal or memory timeline, gentle photo reminders, and memories or memorial areas such as Missed Friends. Photo albums should be understood as local/on-device unless future app documentation explicitly confirms another storage model.

Planned Algae Watch

Algae Watch is planned as a trend tracker for algae observations, similar to a mood or condition check-in. The intended direction is to log algae severity, location, notes, and whether it appears to be improving or worsening.

Algae Watch is recordkeeping only. It is not algae diagnosis, photo identification, treatment advice, or a product recommendation system.

Choosing a plan

• Choose Starter if you are tracking one aquarium.
• Choose Tank! Plus Plan if you keep multiple tanks or want Plus-oriented dosing, reminder, care-history, and Lighting profile tools.
• Watch Tank! Journalist planning if photo albums, progress memories, and Missed Friends-style memories matter most to you.
• Treat ad-free as a paid-plan benefit direction, not a separate purchase.
